The following terms and conditions apply to all arrangements for travel, lodging and related services booked by the customer (“Customer”) by or through International Marketing & Travel Concepts, Inc. (“IMTC”):

General Conditions and Payment Terms:

• Arrangements, once confirmed, are non-cancelable, non-refundable and cannot be changed.
• In case the featured hotel is sold out, IMTC will provide the client with the option to purchase alternate hotel accommodations, subject to availability. Where IMTC will attempt to find comparably priced accommodations in the same hotel category, any possible price differences will be charged in addition to the original package price. The client may accept or decline these alternate arrangements without penalty.

Minimum/Maximum stay:
Minimum 3 nights or Saturday overnight. Maximum stay: 30 days. Minimum Purchase: IMTC requires a minimum of three consecutive nights hotel only accommodation or the basic land plus air package selected by the client.

Availability: All packages are subject to availability. Seats and hotel accommodations are limited and may not be available on all flights or days of the week.

Booking / Change fee:
To proceed with the booking, a non-refundable booking fee of $50 per person is required, and will be applied toward the final purchase price. If Customer cancels or changes the reservation after the booking process has been started but prior to IMTC's receipt of final payment, this booking / change fee will be charged on Customer’s credit card. In case IMTC is not able to confirm all package elements to Customer, no booking fee will be charged.

Travel Insurance:
Customer bears the financial risk of loss of deposit or liability for cancellation fees as outlined above if Customer is not able to complete the program as scheduled. Optional travel insurance is highly recommended. It may be purchased through IMTC or through another vendor of your choice.

Payment in Full:
Payment in full is required within seven (7) days of confirmation via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or personal check and no later than fourteen (14) days prior to departure. Credit cards will be processed after a completed Credit Card Signature Form has been received by IMTC. Upon receipt of full payment, all tickets, hotel vouchers and other documents will be issued. Returned checks will be subject to a $50 fee. Upon receipt of payment in full, combined land & air packages as well as hotel-only reservations are fully non-refundable, cannot be changed, and cannot be transferred.


Changes After Departure:
If Customer makes a change to his or her travel arrangements after departing the USA, the costs of these changes are to be borne by Customer at the applicable local rates and have to be arranged and paid locally by Customer; any amendments and changes are to be made by Customer direct, not via IMTC.

Customer Responsibilities:

Names:
Immediately upon receipt of confirmation, Customer needs to verify that the names printed on the invoice and confirmation form match the first and last names as written in the Customers' and/or each individual participants’ passports. Any name changes could require the cancellation and rebooking of flights, and reservations would then be subject to availability at the time of rebooking. Name changes are not permitted after payment has been received and tickets have been issued.

Passports and Visas:
It is the responsibility of Customer and each individual participant to obtain any travel documents and/or entry requirements necessary for each country of travel. Entry laws differ with respect to participant’s citizenship. IMTC cannot obtain personal travel documents for participants or assume responsibility for notice of countries’ current requirements. Customers are responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of delays or itinerary changes related to travel documents.

Travel Advisories:
Customer is responsible to check with the US State Department Bureau of Consular Affairs regarding any current travel advisories to the destinations listed in his or her itinerary. (http://www.travel.state.gov/travel_warnings.html). IMTC will be held harmless from any liability related to potential risks and hazards of traveling to certain politically unstable destinations worldwide.
IMPORTANT! New health insurance requirements for visiting the Czech Republic
Please note the following new requirements for ALL visitors to the Czech Republic, valid as of 11/28/2005:

Visitors are required to have a travel/health insurance to travel to the Czech Republic. The health insurance must cover the medical services abroad - if not, visitors must have a travel insurance for possible expenses and hospitalization charges for medical reasons (accidents or unexpected illness while traveling in the Czech Republic), including repatriation to the country of legal residence or the country which issued the passport. Minimum coverage of the insurance has to be at least $35,000.
Make sure you have a proof of your medical insurance, such as an insurance card issued by your insurer, with you when entering the Czech Republic.
Based on the above regulation, please be informed that travelers to the Czech Republic are required to show proof of health insurance in one of these forms:

1. You have to show insurance card provided by his private insurance company.
2. You have to purchase optional travel insurance and show proof of same (bring policy).

Flights:
Customer needs to reconfirm all flights 72 hours prior to departure as flight times may change.

Health:
Customer needs to check with his or her healthcare provider for up-to-date requirements and inoculations.

Fuel Surcharges:
All package rates include fuel surcharges, however, they do NOT include airport taxes and fees.

Taxes & Fees:
Austrian Airlines' City Steals:

• Package prices do not include US Customs / INS / Aphis Fees / International Transportation Tax / Passenger Facility Charges / Civil Aviation Security Service Fee / domestic and foreign Security and Airport Charges of approximately USD $165 per passenger, depending on the itinerary.
• Additional taxes and fees may be collected by foreign governments.
• All taxes/fees/surcharges are subject to change and exchange rate fluctuations and may vary on the day of booking.
• Total Taxes & Fees amount includes all booking/handling fees.

Legal Matters & Disclaimers:

• IMTC acts solely as agent in all matters relating to transportation, hotel accommodation services and other facilities provided by our suppliers.
• Customer agrees that IMTC shall not be responsible for events beyond its control, including (but not limited to) acts of God or a public enemy, acts or demands of any Government or governmental agency, war (whether declared or undeclared), terrorist activities, weather delays, fires, floods, accidents, strikes or other unforeseeable causes beyond its control and not due to its fault or negligence.
• Customer agrees that IMTC shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss of earnings, from any event whatsoever caused by persons not controlled by IMTC including (but not limited to) the employees of airlines, cruise lines, railways, bus companies, restaurants and hotels.
• The validity, interpretation and performance of this agreement between Customer and IMTC shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia; provided, however, that the services contracted for under this agreement are subject to the laws and customs of the respective countries of destination.
• The travel program booked by Customer pursuant to this agreement may not be assigned by Customer to any other person. Travel may be undertaken only by those individuals listed in the original booking documents.
• Any action, suit or proceeding seeking to enforce any provision of this agreement between Customer and IMTC may be brought only in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia or in the state courts of Fulton County, Georgia, and Customer and IMTC each hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts (and of the appropriate appellate courts therefrom) in any such suit, action or proceeding and waives any objection to venue laid therein.
• This agreement, together with any attachments or exhibits referred to herein, constitutes the entire agreement between Customer and IMTC with regard to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations, both written and oral, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. This agreement can be amended, supplemented or changed, and any provision hereof can be waived, only by a written instrument making specific reference to this agreement and signed by the party against whom enforcement of the same is sought.
• While IMTC makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information provided to Customer, IMTC disclaims responsibility for typographical, printing or electronic transmission errors, including prices.
